Caring for your custom

The design is sealed with a protective clear coat and made for everyday use. A few simple rules will keep it looking good for longer.

Cleaning

• Wipe it with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. If it’s really dirty, use a slightly damp cloth, with a drop of mild soap if needed, then dry it.
• Don’t use alcohol, sanitiser, solvents, glass cleaner or abrasive sponges — they damage the clear coat.

Every day

• Don’t carry the device in the same pocket as keys, coins or a lighter — they scratch the finish.
• Keep it away from strong heat: not in a car in the sun, not on a radiator.
• Drops and knocks can chip the finish — such damage isn’t covered by the warranty.

Phone case

Take the case off and put it on gently; don’t turn it inside out or bend it hard — that way the clear coat won’t crack at the bends.

Earbuds case

Keep the case in its own pocket, and away from keys in your bag. Clean dust near the hinge with a soft, dry brush.

Controller

After a long session, wipe the shell with a dry cloth: sweat and hand cream wear down any finish over time. Don’t use alcohol wipes.

IQOS

Clean the holder as usual, but keep cleaning products off the painted shell.

If the finish chips or wears

Don’t repaint or polish it yourself — that ends the warranty. Message us with a photo and your order number: if it’s a defect of our work, we’ll fix it under the warranty; if not, we’ll tell you how to refresh it.
