Terms of service

1. General

1.1. This document is a public offer by FunMode (funmode.uz, Tashkent, tel. +998 77 265 62 91; the “Provider”) to any person (the “Customer”) to provide device customization services on the terms below.

1.2. The offer is accepted when the Customer pays the deposit for an agreed order. From that moment the contract between the Customer and the Provider is concluded.

1.3. By sending an order, the Customer confirms having read this offer, the Privacy policy and the Delivery & payment and Warranty & returns pages.

2. Subject

2.1. The Provider applies a design to the Customer’s device or accessory — a phone case, an IQOS shell, an earbuds case, a gamepad — according to a mockup agreed with the Customer.

2.2. The 3D preview in the configurator shows the idea of the design. The final look is defined by the agreed mockup. Handwork and differences between screens cause small variations — these are not defects.

3. Ordering

3.1. The Customer places an order on the website or messages the Provider. The Provider sends the final mockup and price.

3.2. Once the mockup is agreed, the Customer pays a 50% deposit and hands the device over to the Provider.

3.3. On receipt, the Provider photographs the device and records its condition.

4. Price and payment

4.1. The price is set individually and given together with the mockup. After the deposit, the price does not change without the Customer’s consent.

4.2. The 50% deposit is paid by transfer to an Uzcard or Humo card. The remaining 50% is paid on receipt of the finished device, in cash or by card transfer.

4.3. Delivery is paid by the Customer separately, at Yandex Delivery’s rate.

5. Timing

5.1. The work usually takes 1–2 days from the moment the device is handed over and the deposit is received. For complex designs the timing is agreed separately.

6. Cancellation

6.1. If the Customer cancels before the work starts, the Provider refunds the deposit in full.

6.2. Once the work has started, the deposit is not refunded — it covers materials and work. The Provider returns the device in the state it is in at the time of cancellation.

6.3. Work done to the agreed mockup and without defects cannot be exchanged or returned, as it is made to order.

7. Warranty

7.1. The Provider gives a 3 to 6 month warranty on the finish; the exact term is stated with the mockup. Terms are on the Warranty & returns page.

8. Liability

8.1. The Provider works only on the outer shell and does not interfere with the device’s electronics.

8.2. If the device is damaged through the Provider’s fault, the Provider compensates its value (the market price of the same model in similar condition) after a check: the condition is compared with the photos taken on receipt and it is confirmed that the damage was caused by the Provider’s work.

8.3. The Provider is not liable for faults that existed before the device was handed over or are unrelated to the work, or for the consequences of improper use.

8.4. Customization may affect the manufacturer’s warranty. The Customer makes this decision independently.

9. Images and design

9.1. The Customer confirms holding the rights to the images provided for the design. The Provider may decline orders featuring third-party characters, logos or other material the Customer has no rights to.

9.2. The Provider may publish photos of finished work on the website and social media without the Customer’s personal data. If the Customer objects, it is enough to say so when ordering.

10. Other terms

10.1. The Customer’s personal data is processed under the Privacy policy.

10.2. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

10.3. The Provider may change this offer. An order is governed by the version in force on the date of the deposit.
