Privacy policy

This policy explains what data FunMode (funmode.uz, Tashkent, Uzbekistan) receives when you place an order on the website or in Telegram, why we need it and how we handle it. We follow the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.

What we receive

• From the order form: name, phone, Telegram (if you give it), delivery city and address, comment.
• Your design: the device and model, colours, icons, text, the file you upload and the 3D preview of the design.
• Telegram: if you turn on order updates in @funmodeordersbot or order inside Telegram — your Telegram ID, Telegram name and username, and the messages you send to the bot.
• Technical data: IP address — temporarily, to protect the form from spam.

Why

• to fulfil your order: prepare the mockup, agree on price and timing, do the work;
• to contact you and deliver the finished device;
• to send order updates in Telegram if you turned them on;
• to answer your questions.

We don’t sell data or use it for advertising. We don’t send newsletters without your consent.

Legal basis

Your consent, given with the checkbox before you send the order. You can withdraw it at any time — just write to us.

Who else sees the data

• The FunMode team — only the people who handle orders.
• The delivery service — name, phone and address, for delivery only.
• Telegram — the team gets order notifications through it, and so do you if you want status updates.
• Google Fonts — the site loads fonts from Google’s servers, so Google sees your browser’s IP address.

Storage and protection

Data is kept on a protected server; only the team can open orders, with a password; backups are encrypted. We keep data while the order is in progress and for up to 3 years after it, for warranty questions. Then we delete it.

Cookies

The public website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this page.

“Share design” links

A shared link contains only design settings (device, colours, icons, text). No contact details and no uploaded file.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent. To stop Telegram updates, simply block the bot. Write to us on Instagram @funmode.uz or to @funmodeordersbot.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
