Delivery & payment

How it works

1. You build your design in the configurator and send the order.
2. We get in touch with the final mockup and price.
3. You approve the mockup and pay a 50% deposit.
4. Your device (or case) comes to us. We photograph it on arrival and record its condition.
5. We do the work — usually in 1–2 days.
6. We bring the finished device back and you pay the rest.

Delivery

• Within Tashkent — by Yandex Delivery (Yandex Go) courier. The cost follows Yandex’s rate at the time of sending and is paid by the customer.
• Your device to us — also by Yandex Delivery courier, or as we agree.
• Other cities in Uzbekistan — by arrangement: we’ll tell you the method and cost when we agree on the order.

There is no pickup.

Payment

• 50% deposit — after you approve the mockup, by transfer to an Uzcard or Humo card. We’ll send the card number in a message.
• The remaining 50% — on delivery: in cash or by card transfer.
• Delivery is paid separately, at Yandex’s rate.

Timing

The work usually takes 1–2 days from the moment we have your device and the deposit. For complex designs we’ll tell you the timing in advance, together with the mockup.
